Happy Friday everyone! The post of today is a little later than usual, but it’s finally here. Today I want to show you some of the places I liked the most when I was in Los Angeles.
One of the things I liked about the city was the variety of the food. I had the opportunity of trying from French food to Ethiopian food. I am now going to show you my three favourite places to eat in LA.
Bao Dim Sum House
My favourite place was definitely the Bao Dim Sum House. As the name suggests, they offer a good number of dim sum options as well as some other dishes, such as noodles and rice. My favourite dishes from the night were the xiao long bao dim sums (filled with soup) and the pork and shrimp shumais. I would totally go back to try the rest of the dim sums.
The prices start from $6.

Nong Lá Cafe
Another place I really enjoyed was the Nong Lá Cafe located in La Brea. I’m a big fan of Asian food and this place surprised me. The Pho soup was really good. I chose one with meatballs, but there were other options. If you have the chance to go, you should also try the lychee ice tea.
The snacks prices start from $4.75 and soups are around $12.25.
Location: 145 N La Brea Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90036
Last but not least, we have Canter’s Deli. If you are looking for traditional food, you should definitely visit Canter’s Deli. I really enjoyed the food here and they have a great variety of options, from breakfast food to milkshakes. The restaurant is so popular that former President Obama made a surprise visit to the restaurant and also, James Corden featured it in The Late Late Show.
Dishes start from $8.
Location: 419 North Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90036
I really enjoyed my visit to LA and I hope that if you have the opportunity to visit this city, you should try these restaurants. Stay tuned to my blog to see more posts from California and if you want to know more about me, follow me on Instagram because post pictures everyday. See you on Tuesday!
